Gary L., COO, Manager
Gary has 40 years of experience in real estate management, including 20 years in senior housing, where he managed thousands of senior housing units. Gary is also a licensed California real estate broker. He received the Certified Property Manager designation and is the past president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Gary has been involved in the acquisition and management of 30+ assisted living facilities in ten states. He received a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Tracy Li, CMO, Manager, Member
Tracy is a co-founder of the company, with 30 years of business experience and is a licensed assisted living Administrator. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of assisted living and memory care facilities where she specializes in increasing occupancy through extensive marketing efforts. She received a degree from the prestigious Zhongshan University in Canton and worked in marketing for Cisco Systems, Dell Computers, and Sharp Corporation. Ms. Li was then involved in the management and ownership of medical and dental practices before focusing on senior housing.
Coco Chen, CIO, Manager, Member
Coco is a co-founder of the company, and she specializes in integrating artificial intelligence into assisted living marketing programs, websites, and operations. She received a BS degree with honors in computer science from the University of California, Riverside, and has experience working with the elderly, including medication management and preventive medicine, through CVS Pharmacy and assisted living facilities
Eddie Siu, CFO
Eddie has 40 years of accounting experience primarily in the real estate investment and management areas, where he has held the position of accounting manager and controller at various companies over the years. Mr. Siu has a BS degree in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, and he supervises senior in-house accountants who process AP and AR and financial statements for the managed assisted living facilities.
Karen Chu, Investor Relations and Administrative Manager
Karen is the office manager and oversees investor relations with 500 investors, maintaining constant contact, providing financial updates, and tax information. She also manages the company's IT system and is involved in assisted living facility operations and marketing, as well as performing monthly Medicaid billing in multiple states.
